Permanent works: New Generation Plant(2015/2021/2024)

Sebastian Masuda’s work “New Generation Plant” has been reinstalled. This sculpture was created in 2015 based on the concept of a “plant of the future,” and this year we updated the work with the students of Masuda Sebastian’s project “COLORFUL LAB.” at The Ultra Factory of Kyoto University of Arts.

This work will be finally completed after lighting work scheduled for January 2025.
We will post more photos of the lighting up.

【常設作品情報】
増田セバスチャンの彫刻作品「New Generation Plant」が大阪・北加賀屋の加賀屋の森 緑地部に常設展示されました。本作は「未来の植物」をコンセプトとした作品シリーズの一作目。夜にはカラフルに点灯します。

＜2024年12月追記＞
京都芸術大学ウルトラファクトリーでの増田セバスチャンのプロジェクト「COLORFUL LAB.」参加学生と共に作品の強化とアップデートを行い、2024年12月に再設置を完了しました。2025年1月に予定している照明工事によるライトアップを経て完成予定です。
