東南アジア11カ国からの選抜チーム「ASIAN ELEVEN」ロゴ・ユニフォームデザイン

国際交流基金アジアセンター、公益財団法人日本サッカー協会（JFA）、公益社団法人日本プロサッカーリーグ（Jリーグ）がこれまで行ってきた「日本と東南アジアとの間でのサッカー交流事業」の集大成として、東南アジア11カ国(ブルネイ、カンボジア、東ティモール、インドネシア、ラオス、マレーシア、ミャンマー、フィリピン、シンガポール、タイ、ベトナム)の18歳以下のメンバーからなるサッカー選抜チーム「ASIAN ELEVEN」を結成。

そのASIAN ELEVENのチームロゴとユニフォームを増田セバスチャンがデザインしました。
黄色いユニフォームがフィールドの選手用、紫がゴールキーパーの選手用となります。

増田セバスチャンコメント：
『「ASIAN ELEVEN」の＜国境・人種・性別・年齢を飛び越えたカラフルな精神性・強さ・ アツさ＞と、チームが一丸となれるように＜世界という大海を渡る 1 つの生命体＞をユニフォームにデザインしました。ロゴは人・太陽・サッカーボールを感じさせるデザインにしています。選手の皆さんが世界中で情熱的なプレーをしてくれることを願っています。』

「ASIAN ELEVEN」のデビュー戦となる国際親善試合JapaFunCupは、国際交流基金アジアセンターが実施する日本と東南アジアの文化交流事業を幅広く紹介する祭典「響きあうアジア2019」の一環として2019年6/22に福島県「Jヴィレッジスタジアム」にて開催されます。福島県での試合の後、 7 月にはベトナムのハノイでも国際親善試合開催が予定されています。

Sebastian Masuda designed the team logo and uniform for the football team “ASIAN ELEVEN”. This team is a selection team created through the exchange of Japan and 11 Southeast Asian countries (Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam).
“I have designed the uniforms for ASIAN ELEVEN, invoking ASIAN ELEVEN’s colorful qualities of spirit, power, and enthusiasm that transcend borders, race, gender and age in combination with an image of the globe as a massive organism that spans all oceans, just as the team comes together as one. I’m looking forward to seeing the players wearing it!”
The Japan Foundation Asia Center, Japan Football Association (JFA), and Japan Football League (J-League) have been carrying out various football exchange projects between Southeast Asia and Japan. This year, the culmination of these activities led to the formation of ASIAN ELEVEN, a team of under-18 players, selected from Southeast Asian countries. The aim is to create the most diverse team in Asia.
The debut for this team, the international friendly match “JapaFunCup,” will be held as part of “Asia in Resonance 2019,” a celebration of cultural exchange between Southeast Asia and Japan, presented by the Japan Foundation Asia Center.
